Spaced out.

The other night I had this crazy dream where I was stuck floating in space in a crazy pod thing (very Gravity-esque) and for some reason I was naked but I was supposed to be naked (?) and I knew I was trapped but I had somehow accepted it and decided to turn on the radio (because they obviously have music stations in space) and all these crazy late 80-90's noise bands came on and my vision was so blurry for some reason and like I knew that meant I was dying and I just floated there dying but then I was also kind of turned on and jamming out (?) and it went on for a while and my vision finally completely went out and I knew I was dead (but if I was dead how was I thinking about being dead?). And then I woke up.

I felt super weird after for a few hours. Like I got punched in the stomach. I guess maybe that happens when you dream-die?

So obviously I decided to try and make a playlist of all the songs that I think I dream-died to. I wrote it on the page in my planner the week my life changed this year just to keep things extra weird. Here you go.

I realize now that dreams are a lot like poetry- no one wants to hear about it unless it's theirs.
